Chinese New Year commemorative installation at Casino Lisboa

Thousands of visitors to Casino Lisboa have already shown significant interest in the installation commemorating the Chinese New Year, ruled by the Dragon.

It is an imposing installation that evokes the Lunar New Year 2024 in the Art Gallery, located in the area surrounding the Arena Lounge. With free entry, not to be missed, until March 10th.

After the success seen in previous years, Casino Lisboa hosts, once again, an installation that no one remains indifferent to. 80 illuminated lanterns and numerous Chinese ornaments are on display in the Art Gallery.

Visitors to Casino Lisboa can also observe an installation of a Peach Tree with real dimensions, a dragon measuring more than four meters in height and a majestic red carpet.

It is worth noting that the celebration of this special date is immediately highlighted with several features of the Chinese New Year commemorative installation in the glass sections of the revolving door at the main entrance of Casino Lisboa.

Remember that the Chinese New Year celebration, with more than four thousand years of history, coincides with the beginning of a new cultivation cycle, dismissing winter and announcing the arrival of a new season, which is why it is also known as the “Spring Festival”. It was precisely this festival that announced the arrival of the Year of the Dragon, on the 10th of February. Lunar New Year is a date celebrated in China, East Asia and by various communities in the region around the world.

Until the 10th of March, the Casino Lisboa Art Gallery hosts an installation commemorating the Chinese New Year, ruled by the Dragon. Entry is free.
