ISEG Executive Education launches a new executive program – Strategic Management Innovation – which provides its participants with an immersion in the knowledge and practices of strategic planning.
Designed to operate in increasingly volatile and globalized markets, the program does not limit its approach to disruptive innovation. It is focused on the practical development of the strategic capacity to guarantee the survival of companies in the long term, through three purposes: a sustained growth in sales, obtaining adequate profitability and a solid capacity for innovation.
The program has a very strong practical component, integrating a management simulator – a software that recreates the real context of a company’s business management – with which participants will have the opportunity to manage and make decisions in real time, depending on changes in the market.
Through the incorporation of the most advanced strategic management theories, analysis tools, and case studies, participants will be able to apply and develop critical thinking and structure strategic planning models for their organization, focused on creating profitability and value.
Designed for managers of small and medium-sized companies and for members of the top management of large companies, the program is coordinated by Joana Santos Silva, specialized in the areas of strategic management and innovation, and currently Director of Innovation at ISEG Executive Education.
