ISEG Executive Education launches a new executive program – Strategic Management Innovation – which provides its participants with an immersion in the knowledge and practices of strategic planning.
Designed to operate in increasingly volatile and globalized markets, the program does not limit its approach to disruptive innovation. It is focused on the practical development of the strategic capacity to guarantee the survival of companies in the long term, through three purposes: a sustained growth in sales, obtaining adequate profitability and a solid capacity for innovation.
