The year 2020 showed how unpredictability and change can arise unexpectedly at any time.
While future events are always uncertain and impossible to predict accurately, companies and leaders must be able to make plans, using their ability to think and prepare for the future.
It is in this sense that Joana Santos Silva, coordinator of the Executive Program Strategic Management and Innovation, organizes a Webinar, on April 13 at 6:15 pm, on the topic “Strategic Thinking: making decisions in an unpredictable environment.”
In this webinar, Joana Santos Silva will address the difficulty of predicting the future, the biases and cognitive prejudices that limit our ability to plan when we face uncertainty, and some tactics that can help overcome our mental traps.
Joana Santos Silva is Professor of Strategy, Digital Transformation, Marketing and Digital Marketing.
