After the Formula 3 World premiere at the Australian Grand Prix, the Portuguese rookie Ivan Domingues continues to adapt to the category, starting Wednesday in Bahrain, a new official test round, which lasts until Friday in the Sakhir circuit.
The 18-year-old Leiriense of Van Amersfoort Racing (VAR), completed a total of 40 laps in the morning and afternoon sessions, focusing on the knowledge of the new car of the 2025 season.
“We rolled a few laps in the morning, due to the limitation of tyres, which the team has to manage for the three days; in the afternoon we made a simulation of the race and qualification, and we took another positive step in car knowledge and approach to the front. We will continue to work,” said Ivan Domingues.
Remember that the championship advances to the second round of the season, between April 11 and 13, precisely in the Grand Prix of Bahrain.
