James return to Portugal in 2019 to play in the coliseums

The British band James returns to Portugal in April 2019, a year after attending Rock in Rio Lisboa, to ascend to the stages of Porto and Lisbon coliseums, promoter Pev Entertainment said.

The band will be on stage at the Coliseum in Oporto on April 3, and the next day they will head south to perform. in the Coliseum of Lisbon, explained the promoter. 

PEV Entertainment said tickets cost between € 32.50 and € 37.50.

With a career spanning 30 years, 14 albums released and more than 13 million copies sold worldwide, the James are known for themes like “Sit Down,” “She’s a Star,” “Laid,” or “Getting Away With It (All messed up). “

This year, James went three times in Portugal, namely on June 29 at Rock in Rio Lisbon, followed by the Monte Verde Festival in the Azores on August 9 and finally on August 25 at the Festival de Vilar of Mouros, in the district of Viana do Castelo.

According to the list of the site ‘specialized’ Setlist.fm, the British band has given 32 concerts in Portugal since its formation, having only in 2008 given six.

Next year, the James return to the stage of the coliseum, after having passed there on 23 and 24 November 2001, respectively.
