Wine Dinner at Aurora by Vitor Veloso
Chef Vitor Veloso welcomes sommelier Manuel Moreira today for a unique and very special dinner.
Tonight, Aurora by Vitor Veloso will host a wine dinner with dishes created by Chef Vitor Veloso and paired by Manuel Moreira, who will obviously be present to satisfy the curiosity of wine and good food lovers.
The menu, consisting of 7 moments, costs €70 per person, drinks included, and offers dishes such as anchovy and lime with roasted pepper sauce (in snacks), strawberry gazpacho, pink prawns and fennel oil (which harmonizes with Quinta da Biaia Rosé Mourisco 2019), half-cured Tuna Belly, burnt cauliflower, Xarém, and sea lettuce (with Longo Alvarinho 2019), Corvina, cinnamon sticks, fake pea risotto and sea foam (with OM Sedutor 2020), Black Pork Tusk with roasted pumpkin puree, black garlic, and chimichurri (paired with Manova 2020), or, to finish off, Black Beer Mousse, Spice Brownie, pear in syrup and raspberries that closes with a golden key with an Engraving of Côa 10 Years Old – Tawny Port.
