Jethro Tull live at the Lisbon and Porto Coliseus

March 6th and 7th

The concert lineup includes songs from the most recent RökFlöte which marks a return to the rock flute sound that Jethro Tull made iconic.

With a vast discography that spans around two dozen original albums and goes back to 1968, veterans Jethro Tull are a true British rock institution.

The current live lineup, led by the no less unmistakable Ian Anderson, is made up of bassist David Goodier, keyboardist John O’Hara, drummer Scott Hammond and guitarist Joe Parrish.

In Lisbon and Porto there will be no shortage of classics such as “Thick as a Brick”, “A Passion Play”, “War Child” or “Songs From The Wood”, as well as themes from more recent recordings such as The Zealot Gene (2022 ) and RökFlöte (2023). This latest record, their 23rd studio album, marks a return to the rock flute sound that Jethro Tull made so iconic.

With a dozen live works, it also reinforced the fact that Jethro Tull has always been an acclaimed force on stage, a fact that earned them bows from many of their peers, from Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden to Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam or even Nick Basement.
