Jethro Tull returned to Portugal, Ian Anderson’s band took the stage at the Lisbon Coliseu, followed by Super Bock Arena – Pavilhão Rosa Mota, in Porto.
With a long career, there were many Jethro Tull fans to be present at the Coliseu, with great nostalgia to hear again the songs that made the band known around the world.

The British band is a reference in progressive and symphonic rock and has had a career and discography since 1968, with ventures into blues, jazz, folk, heavy metal and even classical music.
Currently, the group led by Ian Anderson, the only member of the original band, also includes bassist David Goodier, keyboardist John O’Hara, drummer Scott Hammond and guitarist Joe Parrish.
The band released a new work, “The Zealot Gene“, their first full-length studio album since 2003, although they have released several live works, being on stage where they feel at home.

They proved this on the Coliseu stage, where Ian Anderson, David Goodier and John O’Hara, despite their age, continue to have an excellent stage presence, full of energy, with classics such as Aqualung, Thick as a Brick or Songs from the Wood. , themes that marked the 70s, continue to make fans jump out of their seats.
