With a recent bet in Portugal, the technology company makes its debut in Lisbon with a 1,500 m2 office in one of the most innovative projects in the capital.
Parque das Nações is one of the preferred destinations for technology companies, in a movement that has counted on the contribution of JLL. The real estate consultancy has just concluded the lease operation for the Portuguese headquarters of Manta Software, a technology company that debuts in Portugal, in the Lumnia Building, one of the most innovative office projects ready to be occupied in the capital.
JLL acted on behalf of Manta Software, fulfilling an exclusive mandate of Tenant Representation, within which it was responsible for the search, identification and negotiation of the company’s facilities in Lisbon. The objective is to install a tech hub in Lisbon, focusing on a space that accommodates a hybrid work model and favours collaboration.
Promoted by Avenue, Lumnia is one of the most modern and innovative office projects to be developed in Lisbon, focusing on high standards of quality and sustainability. The deployment in an area with good access and a vast network of services has further contributed to making this one of the assets with the greatest demand for occupation by technology. It is one of the three buildings of the EXEO Office Campus, which in total will provide more than 70,000 m2 of offices in Lisbon.
