W52-FC Porto rider João Rodrigues was the winner of the fourth leg of the Tour de Portugal, which ended with the rise to the Tower and the Spaniard and Gustavo Veloso reinforced the lead.
The cyclist finished the 145-kilometer stage in 4: 20.36 hours, between Pampilhosa da Serra and Torre, with a final climb of 19.7 kilometers in Serra da Estrela, second place was Gustavo Veloso and Jóni Brandão da Efapel in third place.
Gustavo Veloso gained 13 seconds of advantage over João Rodrigues and 20 seconds over Vicente García de Mateos of Aviludo-Louletano, who are now second and third in the standings.
The next stage, between Oliveira do Hospital and Guarda, with 158 kilometers, three flying targets and two mountain counts, in Canas de Senhorim of third category, and in Guarda of second category.
