Thirty artists from Portuguese-speaking countries gathered in honor of health professionals from around the world with the song “Anjos Secretos”
#AnjosSecretos (#Secret Angels) brings the Portuguese-speaking artistic community together in a campaign for health professionals, a song by Jorge Fernando and Francis Hime.
Thirty artists from Portuguese-speaking countries came together, virtually, to record the video clip of the song Anjos Secretos, composed by Francis Hime and the fado singer Jorge Fernando in honor of health professionals from all over the world, who are at the forefront of the fight against Covid-19.
Under the direction of Paulo Mendonça, the video was made exclusively with recordings made using smartphones and brings together Jorge Fernando, Ney Matogrosso, Ana Moura, Camané, Lenine, Marisa Liz, Fábia Rebordão, Tito Paris, Zélia Duncan, Francis Hime, Berg, Colton Benjamin, Dany Silva, David Cruz, Dino d’Santiago, João Pina, Jonas Silva Lopes, Lenita Gentil, Lucinha Lins, Luísa Sobral, Lura, Marco Rodrigues, New Max and Demo, from Expensive Soul, Olivia Hime and Susana Travassos.
On the instruments we have André Dias and Bruno Chaveiro on the Portuguese guitars; Morta Grigaliünaitè on the piano; José Ganchinho on the bass; and Ivo Martins on percussion.
The video is already available on YouTube and the value generated by the views reverts to the organization Médecins Sans Frontières.
