SWAG, Justin Bieber’s new album, marking the artist’s return, debuted directly at #1 on the National Albums Chart.
Internationally, the album became the most-streamed album worldwide last week, marking the biggest global debut for a pop album this year. SWAG is Bieber’s tenth album to reach the top 5 on the Billboard 200 chart, and also topped the Spotify and Apple Music charts globally and in over 100 territories, including Portugal.
In Portugal, the single “DAISIES” had an explosive debut, entering the top 10 on Spotify Portugal, accompanied by the other tracks from SWAG, which all reached the top 200 on the day of their release. This feat confirms the enthusiasm of Portuguese fans for this new era of the Canadian artist.
Globally, “DAISIES” reached #1 on Spotify’s top tracks chart, maintaining its lead in the North American market for seven consecutive days. It also topped Apple Music Global and has remained the most streamed song worldwide since its release. Another highlight from the album, ALL I CAN TAKE, also reached #1 on the Apple Music global singles chart.
