Karate World Championship postponed to 2021

The organization explains that the decision taken today by the Executive Committee had in mind the well-being and safety of all participants and supporters, marking the event in Dubai from 16 to 21 November 2021 as of now.

The World Championship, which usually takes place every two years and which took place in Madrid in 2018, was postponed for the first time in 50 years and required other measures, such as the passage of the Under-21 World Cup to 2022 and the edition of the senior tournament for 2023.
