KW Ábaco, one of Keller Williams Portugal’s Market Centers, a global training and consulting firm specializing in Real Estate, will participate in the “Paint The Town Red” initiative on September 28th.
This initiative, which takes place every year in the US and consists of “painting” the city red, the characteristic color of Keller Williams, through the largest number of Open Houses ever made at the same time.
“Paint the Town Red” is an innovative way to show the houses, without prior appointment, in which simply appear to know the property, without any compromise. This is also a convivial moment where consultants from other real estate agents, owners, clients, business partners and the general public meet.
This special day seeks to provide unique moments for all guests as during the Open Houses there can be wine tasting, traditional sweets tasting, painting shows or even music recitals.
KW Ábaco decided to join this initiative, on September 28, with 23 houses in Open House planned, in the Greater Lisbon area, real estate of different prices and types and with a team of about 100 consultants involved.
In the USA this initiative has been repeated every year, this year taking place on the weekend of 21 and 22 September.
