The Coliseu dos Recreios hosted the opera by Giuseppe Verdi, La Traviata, for a night full of glamour, to which the public responded by filling the Lisbon room.
La Traviata, an excellent show by the international company Materlírica, directed by María José Molina, who was first at Casino Estoril and then at Coliseu de Lisboa,
The company, filled with great names of classical opera, with wardrobes and a dazzling setting, for a memorable night, which amazed everyone who went to the Coliseu, to see the love story of Violeta, a courtesan, and Alfredo, a man of lineage, who falls in love with her.
The production put about fifty artists on stage, including orchestra and singers, including renowned actors María Ruiz, Pilar Tejero, Emmanuel Faraldo, Quintín Bueno, Gabriel Alonso, Inés Olabarría, Eva Badía, Ángel Walter, Rafa Casette, Alejandro Rull and Jesús Lumbreras, who received a well-deserved and long applause from the audience, after two hours of the show, another excellent production by Grupo Chiado.
