The fourth edition of Leadership Summit Portugal will take place on October 7, at Casino Estoril, which is an international meeting of generations for the production of knowledge about leadership. This year the event will be broadcast live on LÍDER TV on MEO.
After the success of the previous editions, which sold out the Casino Estoril Black and Silver Room, Leadership Summit Portugal will be held again in the same place, under the theme: “And Now, In What Can We Trust?” to discuss future trends in leadership in the post-COVID world.
This year’s program foresees several moments that aim to answer the questions: “How to rise in the post-apocalyptic world?”, “What leadership lessons do we learn from COVID-19?”, “How do we fight the virus of fear? Pandemics or pandemaniacs? ”,“ Is COVID-19 the ultimate influencer? ” and “Can technology crush the crisis curve?”.
To answer these questions, great national and international names will be on stage, such as Ace Simpson, Professor at Brunel University London, Bobby Banerjee, Professor at City University of London, Yan Bai, Professor at Católica-Lisbon, Viktoria Kaufmann, Managing Director of SIVA, André Nassar, creative winner of fifteen Cannes Lions, António Saraiva, President of CIP, António Costa e Silva, CEO of Partex, Pedro Castro e Almeida, CEO of Santander, Carlos Morujão, Professor of Philosophy at the Catholic University, Francisco Froes, promoter of study Corona Lockdown, Isabel Vaz, CEO of Luz Saúde, Ricardo Vargas, CEO of Consulting House, and Salvador da Cunha, CEO of Lift, among many others.
During the event, the winner of the international competition, which was launched by the organization, will also be presented to the six thousand Global Shapers of the World Economic Forum to present the best ideas for the future of leadership.

Filipe Vaz, director-general of Tema Central stated that “after all the uncertainty caused by the pandemic, it is with great satisfaction that we confirm the holding of the fourth edition of Leadership Summit Portugal, which will comply with all safety rules that exist on the date of its realization. If by determination of the competent authorities, in October we were unable to have public events again, we have already assured that Leadership Summit Portugal will always be held and broadcast live on Líder TV which will allow us to reach a much wider audience. This event, now more than ever, is fundamental in the sense of finding answers to the challenges facing leaders in the extremely challenging period that we are experiencing”.
The event has the support of Capgemini, Audi, Multipessoal, Multitempo, Consulting House, MTW, Lift, Made2web, FCB Lisboa, ASUS, Holmes Place, DeltaQ, Casino Estoril and Hospedeiras de Portugal.
To ensure maximum tranquility for those attending the event, the organization has reduced the capacity of the room to just 200 people, about 20% of its usual capacity and less than half of what is currently allowed, which will guarantee twice the distance that exist, even in compliance with health rules.
In order to enhance the audience of the event and safeguard, from now on, any additional limitations that may occur at the time, the event will be broadcast free of charge and live on Líder TV at position 165 of MEO, where it will also be available after the date of the event. The event will also be transmitted live via streaming on the Leadership Summit Portugal social networks.
