The Linda Martini will begin on December 5 in Évora the ‘Agora Escolha’ tour, in which the public will have a word to say about the alignment of the concerts, which already has an extra date in Lisbon.
‘Ahora Escolha’ is the name of the tour, which will go through several Portuguese cities until December 21, but also a platform, “housed in the band’s website” in which the public can “build their own setlist” [alignment] with all the music you want to hear at concerts, “according to Sony record label, in a statement released today.
“From the classic to the rarities, the most chosen songs will be played live, some of them for the first time,” reads the statement.
The tour was due to end on December 20 at Musicbox in Lisbon, but tickets for that date sold out, with the band having an extra concert to the same venue the next day (December 21).
The concert in Évora, on December 5, takes place in She. After that, the band operates in Braga on December 6, Luster, Viseu, 7, Carmo 81, Leiria, 8, Texas Bar, Oporto, 12, Maus Hábitos, Coimbra, to 13, in the Brazil Hall, in Torres Vedras, at 14, at Bang Venue, and, in Loulé, at 15, at Bafo de Baco.
Linda Martini is André Henriques (voice and guitar), Cláudia Guerreiro (bass and vocals), Hélio Morais (drums and vocals) and Pedro Geraldes (guitar and vocals).
The band from Lisbon published in February the fifth album of originals, namesake, composed and recorded in Amares (Braga), Arrábida (Setúbal) and Catalonia, Spain.
