São Luiz Teatro Municipal hosted the group Danças Ocultas and their diatonic accordions for one of the best shows of Misty Fest, and we are only at the beginning of this year’s edition.
After three albums, “breathing outwards” and another six without ever losing momentum, the group Danças Ocultas now turns inward with Inspirar, the tenth album of a long and productive career.
An artistic and emotional turning point that reaffirms the quartet’s identity — unique in Portuguese music and recognised on stages around the world.
With the diatonic accordion as the central voice, this new record is a search for the essential: time, light and breath moulded into raw, yet profoundly expressive music. The new single “Pulsar” was the first breath of this new cycle.
Celebrating 36 years of sonic complicity, the group now takes this new repertoire to the stage in a breathtaking concert. A unique opportunity to witness the new soul of Danças Ocultas — more intimate, more intense, more inspired. Live, where the music breathes best.
