The Portuguese musician and producer from Vila Nova de Gaia, David Bruno, performed on the main stage and, as always, is very popular with the audience, managing to warm up the fans even more. Despite the sun and heat, they didn’t miss the show. Despite the few people at Bela Vista, those who were there sang and danced with David Bruno and went crazy with Bandeiras’ crazy antics.

Known for creating works with a strong narrative and a unique sound that mixes hip-hop, electronics and elements of Portuguese popular music, with a particular focus on the Greater Porto and Douro Litoral regions.
His music stands out for being a “scout of Portuguese identity”, exploring “suburban Portuguese kitsch” in an artistic and often humorous way. He builds composite narratives in his albums, using samples of music and everyday sounds to create a sound universe that refers to specific places and situations in Portugal.
He himself describes his creative process as the development of a “film” in his head, where music serves to fuel the stories he wants to tell. His visual identity, present in music videos and performances, also complements this aesthetic, playing with the “tacky” and the “mainstream” in an ironic way.
