The Hives returned to Portugal, bringing a new album and a lot of energy. They even announced they were going to give it their all on stage at this last show of the tour.
The Swedish band didn’t have a full house, and they deserved it for this fantastic concert at Sagres Campo Pequeno, full of energy. Pelle Gunnerfeldt went down into the pit several times to sing and greet the fans who went wild every time he approached the barriers. Niklas Almqvist also went down into the pit and almost lay down on top of the fans.
The opening acts were Yard Act and Snõõper.
Acclaimed on every continent for their masterful talent and unbridled dedication to rock, they did what no one expected again: they created a new album like never heard before and, most likely, will never be heard again.
The Hives Forever Forever The Hives is an album full of energy, joy, anger, and life; each song is a hit, and live, they are phenomenal. But it wasn’t just the new album that was present at the show; The Death of Randy Fitzsimmons, The Black and White Album, Veni Vidi Vicious, Barely Legal, Lex Hives, and Tyrannosaurus Hives were also represented.
The Hives, composed of Howlin’ Pelle, Chris Dangerous, The Johan And Only, Nicholaus Arson, and Vigilante Carlstroem, continue to dominate the stage like few others can, captivating any audience. Their latest performance so far was at Sagres Campo Pequeno.
