Lotus’ next car will be electric, not hybrid as planned

Lotus preferred to produce an electric car instead of going with a hybrid vehicle. The model in question is the SUV currently known as “Lambda” and which will include two electric motors.

The information currently circulating shows that there will be two versions of the “Lambda” – one with 600 and the other with 750 horsepower – and that both will have an autonomy of around 570km.

Lotus has good reason to follow the path of electric cars, with its sports car Evija having sold all 130 units produced.
