In a list made up of players born until 1998, the Sporting player, trained at Águas Santas and moving to FC Barcelona, was elected as the best player.
Luís Frade, who participated in the senior European, was also chosen as the best center, in a team in which Diogo Silva, who plays for Celje Pivovarna’s Slovaks, occupies the right-wing position.
The two players had already integrated, in these same positions, the ‘seven’ ideal of the 2019 U21 World Championship, in Spain, in a competition in which Diogo Silva was the best scorer and in which Portugal was placed fourth.
