The Maia International Film Festival (MaiaIFF) is announcing its 3rd edition, to be held between April 29th and May 2nd, 2026, reinforcing its commitment to being a vibrant, plural, and innovative cinematic meeting place.
The organisation has opened calls for all types of feature films, inviting national and international filmmakers to submit their projects until January 31st, 2026, through the Film Freeway platform.
A festival that grows with each edition
It is with enormous enthusiasm that MaiaIFF presents this new edition. More than a celebration of cinema, the festival presents itself as a territory of discovery, reflection, and dialogue between cultures.
