“Manhãs de Nevoeiro” is the 2nd single from GANA’s 1st album and features rapper Maze, a member of the legendary Portuguese hip-hop group Dealema, and Cátia M. Oliveira (A Garota Não).
“Manhãs de Nevoeiro” shows another side of the band, compared to the previous “Mundo a Sós” (feat. Andrea Verdugo), in which the prevalence of conscious rap with poetic concerns brushed by spoken word is revealed. “Manhãs de Nevoeiro” invokes the concept of metaphorical death, as a portal to overcoming through an instrumental of fusion and alternative hip-hop.
The music video for “Manhãs de Nevoeiro”, directed by Tiago Cerveira, demonstrates the band’s performance potential in a kickboxing ring, interspersed with two female fighters who position the ritual of combat as a metaphor for the demanding course of everyday life. The city of Coimbra serves as the backdrop, culminating in the departure of the last train from the city’sEstação Nova before its closure, reflecting the transformation of the city, its death and hope for rebirth.
“Manhãs de Nevoeiro” is the second episode of an album composed of 14 tracks, scheduled for release in the last quarter of the year, and features the participation of other Portuguese artists, in addition to Andrea Verdugo, Maze and A Garota Não.

About GANA
GANA is a collective formed by four elements that bring together different musical influences in the band’s space, translating into songs guided by RAP and Spoken Word.
The first phase of GANA is marked by the release of two EPs – “Aproximações” and “GANA” – and several singles, one of which was recorded during a live performance. In 2022, they won the 26th edition of the Corroios Modern Music Festival and have been working on their first album since that year.
Raffa, Zandré Ramos, Freddy C. and Dosha continue to search for GANA’s artistic identity, moving from the basic instruments of each member to a stage of greater creative freedom and electronic production. The collective’s first album will be released in 2025, with a renewed sound and important collaborations.
