“fuga em fa” explores the relationship between love and freedom, questioning the idea that “Love is freedom” through a letter that transits between vulnerability and force. Musically, the band builds a dynamic atmosphere with certain verses that contrast with more fluid and introspective choruses, reflecting the complexity of human relationships and their transformations.
This third single, taken from the debut EP Domingo à tarde, is an example of the balance between groove and introspection that characterizes the work of the band. Recorded between 2023 and 2024 at Bairro Up Studios, the EP, produced by João Sampayo and mastered by Miguel Sá Pessoa, presents a fusion of influences ranging from Jazz to Soul, with lyrics exclusively in Portuguese. This work marks the beginning of a journey that combines themes such as love, loneliness and nostalgia in a work that crosses stylistic borders and invites dance and reflection.
