Opening the “Março a Partir” – Youth Month program, the City Council of Palmela and youth associations invite young people to participate in an online debate, on March 1, at 6 pm, about the Skate Park that will be created at Monte do Francisquinho, in Pinhal Novo.
In January, the Municipality of Palmela began the work of requalifying the old rural hill, which will be transformed into a multifunctional space, with a network of diversified equipment and resources, in the social, cultural and educational areas. With a value of 873,271 euros and reimbursed by community funds, the work should be completed by the end of this year and Skate Park is one of the expected features.
To participate in the debate, simply sign up via the email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your opinion counts!
“Março a Partir” will provide an activity program specially designed for young people: music, theater, urban art, exhibitions, workshops, online conversations, sports, games, among many others (full program to be announced soon).
The initiative is organized annually by the Municipality of Palmela, in partnership with youth associations, informal youth groups and other entities that work directly with the municipality’s youth population.
