The concert takes place at the Centro Cultural de Belém, on a night when Maria Emília will take to the Lisbon room the emotion that is lived in typical fado houses.
It was still very young that Maria Emília revealed herself to be one of the most promising talents in fado, making music her traveling companion, while living in both Portugal and Brazil, where she was born.
After 15 years dedicated to this art, in 2018 he released his debut album under the label Valentim de Carvalho. “Casa de Fado” is also distributed in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.
2018 was also the year of its first international concerts in Algeria, Spain, the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Brazil; followed by a 2019 where Maria Emília saw her voice debut in New York (NY Fado Festival), South Africa, Sweden, Holland, and Lithuania.
