Maura Airez took fado to Terreiro do Paço
Maura Airez sang and enchanted, this Friday, at Terreiro do Paço, in a mini concert as part of the Santa Casa Alfama Festival.
The singer paid tribute to Carlos do Carmo e and was accompanied by Pedro Dias, on Portuguese guitar, and Ivan Cardoso, on guitar.
In this initiative of the Santa Casa Alfama Festival, takes Fado to the streets of Lisbon in June and July, to support culture and, in this case, all artists linked to Fado, which are very precise in these times of pandemic.
The mini-concerts in Lisbon’s neighborhoods continue in July at Mouraria and Graça on the 2nd and 9th, with Jaime Dias and Pedro Galveias respectively, ending on the 16th in Bairro Alto with Natalino de Jesus, always at 5pm.
