Mcdonald’s from Malaysia creates Portuguese hamburger and resorts to Vasco da Gama
The American chain of fast food has launched a new type of hamburger in Malaysian restaurants and the references to Portugal are more than many.
It’s called ‘Portuguese Chicken Burger’ and is the new limited edition hamburger released by McDonald’s in Malaysia.
On the website of the fast food chain the advertising is made with the colors of the Portuguese flag and until now has been launched an advertising spot with references to Vasco da Gama and the typical national folkloric ranch.
In reference to the Discoveries, Vasco da Gama and his entourage enter McDonald’s and exchange a bag of malaguetas with the Portuguese Chicken Burger.
