Starting with his recently edited album “Uma Mulher Não Chora”, and marking International Women’s Day, composer Renato Júnior invited unique conversations, women who are equally unique.
Women from the most varied areas of Portuguese society who will testify to their condition as women.
Among the participants will be some of the singers who collaborated on the album, such as Rita Redshoes, Katia Guerreiro, Viviane, Ana Bacalhau, and Simone de Oliveira, among others.
The various panels will also include the writer and actress Ana Zanatti, the stylist Katty Xiomara, the actress Maria João Abreu, the journalist Mafalda Ribeiro, the writer Maria Inês de Almeida, the nutritionist Drª Andreia Santos, and also Emilia Santos, spokesperson for the Braga Women Movement.
The moderator of these conversations will also be the author Tiago Torres da Silva, partner of Renato Júnior in many of the songs on the disc.
At the same time, the photographic exhibition by Aurélio Vasques will be presented, composed of photographs from the book on the disc that illustrate the songs of “Uma Mulher não chora”.
