MEO Marés Vivas reveals full lineup for 2025
MEO Marés Vivas, one of the most emblematic and eagerly awaited festivals on the Portuguese music scene, returns to Vila Nova de Gaia on the 18th, 19th and 20th of July.
The Palco MEO line-up promises three days of unforgettable music, with the presence of the iconic Scorpions e Xutos & Pontapés, on the 18th, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Miguel Araújo and Os Quatro e Meia, on the 19th, and Pedro Sampaio, Ozuna and Calema, on the 20th of July.
To further enrich the July 18th program, American guitarist and singer Marcus King, recognized as one of the greatest contemporary talents in blues and rock, stands out for his acclaimed albums “El Dorado” and “Young Blood”. He is joined by Hybrid Theory, a Linkin Park tribute band that has won fans around the world for its contagious energy and faithful interpretation of the iconic Californian band’s greatest hits. With performances in more than 30 countries, the group has achieved worldwide recognition for the excellence of its live performances.
On July 19th, the festival celebrates the richness of Portuguese music with the presence of renowned artists. Luís Trigacheiro and Buba Espinho, two of the most recognized representatives of the new generation of fado and traditional Portuguese music, promise to move the audience with their unmistakable voices. They are joined by Nena, one of the biggest revelations in national pop, and Joana Almeirante, a singer and instrumentalist with a unique talent. Together, they present the project “Dois Pares de Botas”, a fusion of styles marked by a passion for country music that promises to win over the public with authentic and captivating melodies.
On July 20th, the festival welcomes Nenny, one of the most promising voices of the new generation of hip-hop and R&B in Portugal. With hits like “Bússola” and “On You”, the artist promises a vibrant and emotional show.
