Merlin and Tayebi candidates for best futsal player in the world

Alex Merlim, from Sporting, and Hossein Tayebi, from Benfica, are two of the 10 nominated for the 2020 futsal player award, attributed by the FutsalPlanet.

The players of the Portuguese teams compete for the prize with the Brazilians Deives Moraes, Carlos Ferrão, Fabrizio ‘Gadeia’, Jean ‘Pito’ and Rodrigo Araújo, the Argentine Leandro Cuzzolino, the Spanish Sérgio Lozano and the Russian Artem Niyazov.

Remember that Ricardinho won this award in 2010, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
