Young singer and songwriter Mia Gama is ready to win the public’s hearts by releasing her first single “Undercover“, an engaging melody that reflects her unique artistic essence.
At 18 years old, Mia Gama is already making her mark on the music scene, demonstrating impressive artistic maturity and promising talent.
Mia Gama revealed a special appetite for musical stimuli from a young age. At the age of 6, she started attending guitar lessons, at which point she discovered her ability to create her own songs, thus beginning her path as a composer and artist.
At 15 years old, Mia Gama decided to take music to the next level, transforming her compositions into something more meaningful and expressive. She used music as a form of therapy and expression. She channeled her personal experiences and emotions into her lyrics, and realized the potential for her songs to reach a wider audience.
“”Undercover” talks about a love hidden from the world. I reflect on the energy spent on keeping secrets and the volatility of passion. I gave a general perspective with the verses and the chorus and inserted another sphere of the story in the bridge, in which I reflect more about my emotions and the role I played in the end”, shares Mia Gama.
For the recording of “Undercover“, Mia Gama had the opportunity to work with renowned Portuguese producer Vítor Carraca Teixeira, at the prestigious Arda Recorders. The experience was described by Mia Gama as transformative, highlighting “the creative collaboration and relaxed environment that allowed her art to flourish”.
Looking to the future, Mia Gama is excited to share more of her music and art with the world. In addition to “Undercover“, she has other projects lined up for 2024 and can’t wait to see them come to life.
