Mickael Carreira, Matias Damásio and Calema in Vila Velha de Ródão

Mickael Carreira, Matias Damásio and Calema are heads of the Tajo Flavors Fair, an event promoted by the Vila Velha de Ródão Chamber from June 28 to 30 to promote and value local products.

The Tejo Flavors Fair seeks to make known what is best done in the county in terms of activities, services and products, in an integrated perspective that highlights the tourism, economy, gastronomy and culture of the region,” said in a statement, this municipality in the district of Castelo Branco.

The event, promoted by the Vila Velha de Ródão Chamber, presents a diverse program and diverse exhibitors, and the event has also been distinguished in recent years for bringing to Vila Velha de Ródão some of the main artists of the national music scene, a tradition that the municipality intends to maintain.

On June 28, Mickael Carreira will head the event, and the next day, on Saturday, the main highlight of the event will be the presence of Angolan musician Matias Damásio.

The Tajo Flavors Fair closes on June 30, with the performance of the Calema, a pair composed by brothers Fradique and António Mendes Ferreira, natives of São Tomé and Príncipe who have lived in Portugal for ten years.
