Miguel Oliveira wins the Styrian GP

The KTM Tech3 rider started from the seventh position, a position he maintained until the 16th lap when the race was interrupted due to an accident suffered by Maverick Viñales, who was left without brakes when he was traveling at 227 km/h.

However, he returned full steam to the Spielberg circuit and ascended to third place. However, even at the last corner, he took advantage of a miscalculation on the part of those who were ahead of him to jump forward.

With this triumph, Miguel Oliveira ‘jumps’ directly from the 14th to the ninth position in the MotoGP World Championship, adding 43 points. The leadership continues, however, to belong to Fabio Quartararo, with 70 points.
