One of the most promising young women in the Portuguese musical paradigm and recently nominated for Revelation Artist at the Play da Música Portuguesa Awards, Milhanas will release her new single “Mundo” next Friday – March 24th.
“Mundo” is a reunion with herself: «The“ world ”was written to refocus me, to remind me that at nightfall, it is the home I return to.», she says. The song speaks of times in his life when he placed «only instinct as the main command of my path», allowing himself «to be carried away by momentary impulses and desires, almost jeopardizing what is in fact essential to me», says Milhanas.
“Mundo” is the follow-up to “Mais Que Ao Sol”, a single released in January this year, and is Milhanas’ third revelation in his own name. Produced by Agir and Justjon, “Mundo” is a melancholy song that blends both traditional and more modern music genres.
