Monte Gordo: What to do
There are lots of things to do in eastern Algarve’s Monte Gordo; relax on the lovely Monte Gordo beach with sands that stretch forever and water which is often a little warmer at this end of the Algarve; hire a bike and enjoy a cycle ride; take a boat trip on the Guadiana river or a jeep safari to the Nature Reserve and Barragem; try some watersports; have a round or two of golf at one of the nearby golf courses; take in a show at Monte Gordo casino – there really is something to do for everyone.
