Monverde Wine Experience is the hotel chosen for the entry of the luxury brand Vinésime in Portugal

SPA marks growing demand and growth of 12%

The Monverde Wine Experience Hotel, in Amarante, has just become the first hotel in Portugal with a SPA endorsed by Vinésime, the exclusive brand of luxury treatments from selected vineyards in the heart of Burgundy.

With an exclusive contract for the North Region, the Monverde Wine Experience Hotel marks the brand’s entry into the Portuguese market, alongside annual growth of around 12% in SPA treatments.

From Gevrey Chambertin to Vosne-Romanée, passing through Chablis and Marsannay, the regions of Burgundy – recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site – are recognized for their exceptional grapes, whose molecules developed by the vine’s immune system form the heart of the activity of Vinésime products to protect the skin against the signs of time.

The Monverde Wine Experience Hotel will be the first hotel in Portugal where the brand presents a range of new protocols for massages and facial treatments, complying with premises such as the authenticity and sustainability of products, in the wine eco-hotel, which is also an ambassador for wine tourism in the Vinhos Verdes Region.

“As a result of a history of sustained annual growth, whether through increased occupancy or organic growth in terms of SPA treatments, our unit has recorded extraordinary performance as a result of growing demand outside large urban centres, requiring an upgrade in the treatments we provide to Customers and positioning our offer at a level of luxury and exclusivity that is adjusted to the profile of each guest”, highlights Miguel Ribeiro, Director of the Monverde Wine Experience Hotel.

The reinforcement of the Wine SPA concept, with a brand in the luxury segment, allows the hotel’s SPA operation to increase by around 15% in therapy services and 25% in boutique items, affirming the Monverde Wine Experience Hotel as a unit reference for leisure and well-being stays.
