Moreno Veloso returns to Portugal with “Mundo Paralelo”
Moreno Veloso returns to Portugal to present Mundo Paralelo, with shows scheduled for May 7th at the Maria Matos Theater, in Lisbon, on the 9th at the Casa da Criatividade in S. João da Madeira, on the 10th at the Teatro Municipal da Covilhã, closing at Ponto C, in Penafiel on May 11th.

His new album – Mundo Paralelo – was recorded between Lisbon and Rio de Janeiro, and is a projection of evidently positive images that point to a happier world, even when the immediate is in total disagreement with happiness. It was carefully built around this other reality, with a transcendent look that goes beyond the norm, a more beautiful and joyful look, even in the most challenging moments of life, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, when the album began to be conceived. It is a parallel world.
It is this transcendental world that Moreno Veloso, together with musicians and friends Domenico Lancellotti, Pedro Sá, Ricardo Dias Gomes and Leo Reis, brings to the stage of the four Portuguese theatres that are part of his next European tour.
