The Municipality of Palmela will celebrate the International Youth Day, on August 12, at 6 pm, at Skate Park Monte do Francisquinho, in Pinhal Novo.
In the initiative – which will feature the performance of DJ Alph and the painting of the Skate Park volcano by plastic artist and illustrator Tiago Hesp, produced by Revista FOmE – the youth community will be able to use the equipment to practice skateboarding.
It should be remembered that the concept of this new infrastructure, with 420 m2, was defined in partnership, as part of a youth participatory action in “Março a Partir”.
With the global intervention in Monte do Francisquinho, the intention is to constitute a pole of social, cultural, sporting and youth responses, a true associative village, with a focus on social inclusion.
