A collective exhibition of contemporary art, with paintings, sculptures and photographs by national and international artists, can be seen until September 18 at Galeria Municipal do 11.
“Pluridimensional. Abordagens Artísticas” is the title of the exhibition that brings together a set of works integrated in the collection of the Museu de Setúbal/Convento de Jesus and that reflect an introspective and interrogative thematic exploration.
The show comprises fifteen works, donated to the city by the artists represented, including Vítor Reis, Teresa Pereira, Manuel Vilarinho, João Pereira, Maria Lucília Moita, Margarida Chambel and Ilídio Salteiro. “Pluridimensional. Abordagens Artísticas” also features works by Luís Herberto, João Paulo, Konstantin Besmertnyi, Adão Rodrigues, Maria Ribeiro Teles, Sandra Antunes, Matos Cardoso and Francisco Noá.
The exhibition, held as part of the commemorations of the 60th anniversary of the Museum of Setúbal/Convento de Jesus, was inaugurated on the afternoon of the 31st. “Pluridimensional. Abordagens Artísticas” can be visited free of charge at Galeria Municipal do 11, from Tuesday to Friday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
