Museu do Caramulo reopens on the 26th with free admission to health professionals

Located in the village of Caramulo, in the mountains of the same name, 16 km from Tondela, to which the municipality belongs, the museum keeps on display the permanent collections, as well as the temporary exhibition “The Art of Persuasion” and which displays “a sample more than 250 original pieces of propaganda, such as posters, pamphlets and films, used during World War II “.

The pieces come from countries involved in the war, such as the USA, Germany, England, France, Italy, Japan or the Soviet Union and the exhibition intends to show the advertisement under the framework of the art form that it assumed, fulfilling the objective any other work of art: provoking emotions in people and changing the world.

With over 60 years of existence and visited by more than 1.5 million people, the institution claims to ensure all hygiene and safety conditions for the protection of visitors and employees, in accordance with the “Clean & Safe” protocol, a seal compliance with the rules against the covid-19 pandemic, attributed by Turismo de Portugal.
