NBA 2025-26 Kicks Off This Saturday on Prime Video
NBA on Prime Video kicks off on Saturday, October 25th, with a doubleheader in the opening week, which includes playoff rematches between the Boston Celtics and the New York Knicks and between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Los Angeles Lakers.
Prime Video will also exclusively stream the NBA Berlin and London Games in January 2026.
The NBA Finals will be available exclusively on Prime Video in Portugal in June 2026.
Prime Video will stream the doubleheader that marks the start of the NBA season on the platform this Saturday, October 25th. The first games of the competition will see the New York Knicks host the Boston Celtics at 12:30 AM in Portugal, followed by the Minnesota Timberwolves and Los Angeles Lakers at 3:00 AM (Portugal time).
This 2025-26 season, in addition to 67 regular-season games, Prime Video subscribers in Portugal will also have exclusive access to the NBA Berlin and London Games, on January 15th and 18th, respectively, where the Orlando Magic and Memphis Grizzlies will face off. They will also be able to watch exclusively the SoFi Play-In 2026 tournament, a third of the first and second-round playoff games, and one of the Conference Finals series as part of the postseason phase.
Starting tomorrow, the NBA joins Prime Video’s live sports lineup in Portugal, at no additional cost to Prime subscribers. Viewers in Portugal can watch the NBA on Prime Video on hundreds of compatible devices, via the web or the Prime Video app on smartphones, tablets, set-top boxes, game consoles, and smart TVs.
