Neotalent, a Novabase Group company specializing in recruiting and providing services in the Information Technologies area, presents a new management platform that will revolutionize hiring in the Information Technologies sector.

DTE (Digital Talent Ecosystem) is an online platform that aims to transform career management, as well as the dynamics of supply and demand for IT professionals, using Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain.

The DTE aims to digitize the talent market and the interaction between its various players – from professionals, recruiters, employers, and talent supply companies to education and training entities – taking full advantage of technology to improve the experience of all agents in the process of recruiting and developing people, connecting them through a common ecosystem. The platform performs a set of innovative functions for selecting, evaluating, and recommending talent for specific opportunities, provides support for career progression, and is a system for collecting, registering, and safeguarding curricular and professional information.
