Nestlé leads ranking of brands with greater relevance and reputation in 2021

OnStrategy presents results of the study on the most relevant and reputable brands in 2021.

Consultant OnStrategy has just released the results of the study of Relevance and Emotional Reputation of brands with Portuguese citizens consolidating the information for the 12 months of 2020, within the scope of the annual RepScore™ study, covering the entire pre and pandemic period.

This work is developed continuously throughout the year and in accordance with the certification of ISO20671 (strategy and strength assessment) and ISO10668 (financial assessment), assessing the attributes associated with notoriety, admiration, relevance, confidence, preference, and recommendation.

On a 100 point scale, this study highlights two brands: NESTLÉ as the brand with the best reputation index and emotional relationship with 84.7 points and ZOOM as the brand that recorded the highest growth in this index compared to the pre-pandemic period. with 76.8 points (+16.4 points).
