Nestlé Professional and Randstad sign collaboration protocol to support employability
In one of the most difficult moments in the lives of HORECA channel professionals, workers and companies, Nestlé Professional and Randstad today signed a collaboration protocol for the development of an initiative to enhance employment opportunities and free professional training, in Portugal and in other countries. Spain, whose main tool will be the digital platform “TalentoXHoreca”, which will be available from today.
Through this initiative, the two companies will develop fundamental links between job seekers and those who need professionals in this area.
For the former, this project offers the possibility for candidates to value themselves professionally and improve their skills, while disseminating to the companies the profiles of experience, specialty and knowledge of each professional, including their area of residence, giving them still important inputs on the effective preparation of a resume or a job interview.
For the latter, the companies, “TalentoXHoreca” will allow you to register your vacancies and receive the most appropriate profiles for each function, taking into account the professional experience, specialty and skills of each candidate.
