New DHM campaign marks the reopening of its hotel units

DHM – Discovery Hotel Management, brand of hotel management, created within the Discovery Portugal Fund, launches the campaign “FLEX – New times, new rates, new rules”.

[dropcap]A[/dropcap]fter a period of temporary closure, following the pandemic of COVID-19, the campaign marks the return to operation, from the 1st of June, of seven of its units: Praia Verde Boutique Hotel, Vila Monte Farm House, Douro41 Hotel & Spa, Eden Resort, Laguna Resort, The Crest and Vale da Ribeira Residences.

The new campaign represents a change in the group’s tariff policy, by offering greater flexibility to guests to make changes to their reservations, while bringing the brand and its insignia closer to the consumer’s current requirements regarding Social Responsibility and Social Responsibility initiatives. to the health security issues that are imposed today.

Aware that, during this pandemic period, many families face challenges at various levels, DHM offered to collaborate not only with local entities, but also with non-profit organizations, offering accommodation to welcome elderly people who had to be evacuated from homes and health professionals, or giving meals to all those who are at the forefront of fighting the pandemic.

With the launch of the new campaign, the hotel unit management brand joins its customers in supporting social solidarity institutions, giving them the opportunity to donate € 1 for each night reserved to one of four institutions of their choice: AMI – International Medical Assistance, Portuguese Red Cross, Vida e Paz Community and a local institution in the region of each of the group’s hotel units. The objective is to help these institutions to respond to the growing number of requests for assistance as a result of the pandemic.

Giving customers the opportunity to adjust their vacations according to the period we are going through, DHM has implemented a new tariff policy that, in addition to discounts, offers greater autonomy and flexibility to make changes to your reservations.

In order to face health challenges and ensure the safety of customers, the group worked on an exhaustive set of hygiene measures to be implemented in all its hotel units.

Under the DHM Safe and Clean & Safe seals of Turismo de Portugal, customers staying in the hotel group units have reinforced sanitary measures in all spaces, from rooms, to the reception, restaurants, spa, gymnasiums or even leisure areas outside.
