After 13 years of publishing one of the best soul/funk albums in Portugal, ‘Phalasolo’ returned to the stage, first at Capitólio and today on the 13th at the Hard Club, in Porto, a concert not to be missed.
Tiago Novo, better known as New Max, lead singer of Expensive Soul with Demo, took to the stage his first solo album in his career, now that it has been edited again in digital format, 13 years after its original edition.
Launched on January 1, 2009, on the internet for free, it was a huge success, with 100,000 downloads in the first few weeks, and has lived on fans’ MP3 players, but now they will be able to download in digital format and listen to concerts. specials like today.
In addition to New Max, the album features some of the most important names in national music, such as Carlão and Virgul, Marta Ren, Demo, Sam the Kid and Regula and with musicians Hugo Novo (Hammond, Fender Rhodes and synthesizers), Sérgio Marques (bass), Bruno Macedo (guitar), Manu Idhra (percussions) and the HornFlakes woodwind section.
