Next PlayStation 5 exclusive postponed
Sony decided to postpone the launch of the next PlayStation 5 exclusive. ‘Returnal’, from Housemarque Studio, was scheduled for March 19 and was postponed to April 30.
Returnal has a new release date for April 30, 2021. Sony Interactive Entertainment and Housemarque made the decision to change the release date to give the team extra time to continue polishing the game to the level of quality that players expect from Housemarque.
‘Returnal’ puts players in the shoes of an astronaut who, after crashing on an alien planet, realizes that he cannot die.
Update: Returnal has a new release date of April 30, 2021. SIE and Housemarque have made the decision to move the release date in order to give the team extra time to continue to polish the game to the level of quality players expect from Housemarque.
