Lisbon: Wonderful night with Toquinho and Camilla Faustino at Casino Lisboa
A reference in Brazilian popular music, Toquinho debuted at the Auditório dos Oceanos at Casino Lisboa.
The experienced singer, composer and guitarist invited Camilla Faustino to the stage to join him on an intimate journey through the greatest hits recorded over his 60-year career.
With his inseparable guitar, Toquinho opened the show with the songs “Apelo”, “Corcovado”, “Garota de Ipanema”, “Samba de Orly”, “Valsas”, Samba pra Vinicius”, “Tarde pra Itapuã” and “Asa Branca”.
Special guest Camilla Faustino gave colour and beauty to the show with her immense talent and musicality reflected in an unmatched voice. Camilla Faustino performed the song “Coração de Mulher”, followed by other compositions such as “Você Abusou”, “Chega de Saudade”, “Contrapontos”, “O Que Será”, “Eu Sei Que Vou Te Amar”, “Por falar em Saudade”, “Berimbau” and “Aquarela”.
Widely applauded, Toquinho and Camilla Faustino returned to the stage to say goodbye to the audience, closing the show with three compositions: “Tristeza”, “Felicidade” and “Tonga”.
